The priority access given by the reservation is valid from the booked visit time up to 30 minutes after the time indicated on the ticket. In case of a delay of more than 30 minutes the ticket remains valid but priority access is not guaranteed, therefore you may be asked to wait in the regular queue.

Same-day admission tickets can only be purchased at the museum ticket office.
