Armani/Silos and Piccolo America will be collaborating once again with Nuovo Cinema di Genere, a free film series exploring the revival of genre cinema in contemporary Italian productions. The series reinterprets the codes of noir, musicals, melodramas, biopics, historical dramas, coming-of-age stories and horror films in an original way.
Each screening will be followed by a conversation with the films’ directors, leading actors and key figures– including Simone Massi, Margherita Vicario, Francesco Costabile, Giovanni Tortorici and Susanna Nicchiarelli. The conversations will be moderated by journalist Mattia Carzaniga. The opening event will also feature Piccolo America
